User Agreement for Epay Services

This agreement will take effect on 29th, November 2019.
Welcome to use Epay! Please be sure to read this agreement carefully! This Agreement is a contract between users (hereinafter refered to “you”) and Epay Global Limited (hereinafter refered to "Epay" or "we") This agreement
explains Epay's guidelines for providing services and confirms the rights and obligations of users while using the services. When deciding whether to use our services, please be sure to read this agreement carefully and ensure
that you understand the relevant terms and conditions. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any and all laws, rules and regulations relating to the use of Epay Services in your jurisdiction. Once
all transactions are completed, it is impossible to be revoked or reversed, you must make your trading decisions carefully.
We hereby remind you that:
1. You understand that Epay is only a platform which provides payment services. Our website does not participate in any of your transactions. Epay is not a bank nor investment organization. Your
account balance will not generate any interest nor income. Epay does not have any control over the products or third parties that use Epay services to make payments, so you should be cautious to judge the authenticity, legality
and validity of the relevant monetary assets and / or information, and bear the responsibility and loss arising therefrom.
2. Epay will take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information on the website, but it cannot guarantee that the information is completely accurate and up-to-date.
Epay does not make any commitment to the accuracy, completeness and authenticity of the information on the website, nor will it bear any loss caused directly or indirectly by the information on this website or by delays, failures
and omissions in the event of failure to link to the Internet, transmit or receive any notices or messages. Epay website and all information and materials in it are provided to you as it is, without any other expressions or

and availability of the Internet, Epay will not bear any responsibility for distortion, delays and link failures.
4. https://www.epay.com is the only official external information publishing platform;
5. It is prohibited to use Epay services for any illegal trading activities or illegal acts such as money laundering, smuggling, commercial bribery, illegal financing etc. If any illegal transactions
or illegal acts are found or there is evidence that such incidents are likely to occur in the future, we will adopt various acts, including but not limited to freezing accounts, notifying the relevant authorities etc. Epay
does not assume any responsibility arising therefrom and reserves the right to pursue liability with the relevant parties.
6. It is forbidden to use Epay Services to conduct malicious manipulation of market, improper transactions and other unethical trading activities. If such events are found or there is an evidence
that such incidents are highly to occur in the future, Epay will warn, restrict those transactions, and shut down all unethical behaviors accounts as appropriate protective and precaution measures. Epay does not assume any
responsibility arising from the preventive protection measures and reserves the right to pursue the responsibility of the relevant parties.
7. If you have account balance, Epay will deposit your funds into an account which is separate from Epay’s company account and Epay will not use your funds for operating any other company business.
In the event of bankruptcy, Epay will not provide your funds actively to its creditors;
If (a) you violate this Agreement or any other agreements between you and Epay, or (b) an incident of misappropriation, fraud, hacking, etc. which we believe may be harmful to Epay and to the security of the user's
account, we may unilaterally terminate, suspend or limit your access to the account or Epay services and/or limit your use of funds.
(i) The System, shall mean the processing system with which Epay provides services to you, including the PC and mobile phone app;
(ii) Account, member account is an account created by your registration. You can login your Account with your linked e-mail address;
(iii) Epay Wallet or e-wallet, shall mean an online payment platform that provides users with functions including online deposit, online payment, transaction management, withdrawal, and account
balance check (which contains frozen funds and available funds);
(iv) Password, including login password, payment password and Google verification code. It refers to a string of characters used to log in to a user account or make a payment. It consists of a
series of characters with certain complexity and only the user knows the characters. The password is a mechanism by which the user and Epay mutually agree to be an authentication;
(v) Deposit, transferring external funds to your Epay account;
(vi) Withdrawal, transfer funds from your Epay Account to other bank accounts through Bank Wire transfer or other platform accounts;
(vii) Internal transfer, credit transfer between different Epay accounts;
(viii) Global remittance, a payment service where funds are received from a payer, for the sole purpose of transferring a corresponding amount to a payee or another remittance providers acting
on behalf of the payee, and/or where such funds are received on behalf of and made available to the payee;
(ix) Order cancellation, cancel orders for which funds have not been transferred.
(x) Order rejection, Epay or a third party rejects the order request due to abnormal reasons.
(xi) Remittance providers, who are financial institutions with local payment licenses that provide remittance services to Epay users;
(xii) Commission, the reward you obtained from Epay when you recommend Epay services to your friends;
(xiii) Handling fee or fee, is the service fee paid by the user to Epay for using Epay service;

1.2 Before using the services offered by this Website, you shall read this Agreement carefully, and consult professionals if you have any doubt or as may be otherwise necessary. If you do not agree to the terms and
conditions of this Agreement and/or any change made thereto from time to time and at any time, please immediately stop using the service provided by this Website or stop logging onto this Website. Upon your logging into
this Website or using any service offered by this Website or engaging in any other similar activity, it shall be deemed as having understood and fully agreeing to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any
and all changes, modifications or alterations that this Website may make to this Agreement from time to time and at any time.
1.3 After filling in the relevant information in accordance with the requirements of this Website, and going through other relevant procedures, you will successfully register yourself as a member of this Website (hereinafter
referred to as "Member"); in the process of registration, if you click on the "I Agree" button, it shall be deemed that you have reached an agreement with us by way of electronic signature; or when you use this Website,
you click on the "I Agree" button or a similar button, or if you use the services offered by this Website in any of the ways allowed by this Website, it shall be deemed that you fully understand, agree to and accept all
the terms and conditions under this Agreement, and in this case, the absence of your handwritten signature will not affect the legal binding force that this Agreement may have on you.
1.4 Only members of this website can use the member-only services provided by us, and non-members can only access the website, browse websites and other available services as specified in this website.
2. Modification of this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement from time to time, and disclose such modification by way of announcement on the Website without sending a separate notice to you. The date when the modification is made will be indicated on the first page
of the modified agreement. The modified agreement will take effect immediately upon announcement on the Website. You shall browse this Website from time to time and follow information on the time and content of modifications,
if any, made to this Agreement. If you do not agree with the modifications, you shall stop using the services offered by this Website immediately; if you continue to use the services offered by this Website, it shall be
deemed that you accept and agree to be bound by the modified agreement.
3. Your Epay Account
By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are order than 16 (or 18 depending on the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Due to account security and risk
tolerance, we do not provide services to users over 70 years old. You also represent and warrant that you have not previously been suspended or removed from the website or services and make sure that the laws of your jurisdiction
allow you to engage in related transactions.
You must be the actual beneficiary of the account. You enjoy the actual benefits and rights of the account. You take full responsibility of your transactions and you should act on behalf
of yourself only.
In order to create and use an Epay account, you must provide correct and valid information. You authorize Epay (directly or through a third party) to perform any queries that we believe
are necessary to verify your identity. The information you need to provide varies depending on the type of account you register and the jurisdiction in which you are registered. When Epay believes that your account is at
risk, we have the right to ask for more KYC information supplements.
If the validity period of your ID card or enterprise related certificate expires, the system will automatically determine that your certificate is invalid. You need to re-submit valid
ID information or enterprise related certificates and other necessary documents.
3.1.2 Contact Information
You could use an e-mail address to sign up Epay member account. Besides, e-mail address is the major approach with which Epay will contact you. The e-mail address will not able to be altered
after enrolling, thus you have to make a deliberate choice on which one to be used.
You are responsible for your contact information to be correct and effective, so that Epay could get to you without unnecessary limitation. You understand and agree that if your failure
to receive the electronic information sent by Epay is caused by the incorrect or expired e-mail address or the prevention of your e-mail service provider, or other reasons of your own, it should be deemed as that Epay has
sent the information successfully and effectively.
3.2 Use of your Epay Account
3.2.1 You must use your Epay account reasonably and properly without any acts mentioned in 3.2.2.
3.2.2 Prohibited activities
The following activities are prohibited in the process of using our website, your Account, Epay services, or interacting with other users or third parties:
a.Breach this Agreement or any other agreement between you and Epay;
b.Violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
c.Infringe Epay's or any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
d.Defame, discredit, threaten or harass our employees or other users;
e.Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;
f.Engage in potentially fraudulent or suspicious activities and/or transactions;
g.Refuse to cooperate with the investigation procedures including refusal to confirm the authenticity of the identity information or any other information you provide
h.Attempt to receive or attempt to receive funds from Epay, the seller, bank, card issuer and other third parties for the same transaction during the dispute procedure;
i.Control an account that is linked to another account that is engaged in any of these restricted activities;
j.Conduct your transactions or use the Epay services in a manner that results in or may result in complaints, arguments, compensation requests, chargebacks, extra fees,
fines, penalties or other losses to Epay or third parties;
k.Disclose or spread users' information to third parties, or use it for promotion without other Epay users’ explicit consent;
l.Send spam mails to other Epay users, or use Epay services to receive payments for sending or assisting to send spam mails to third parties;
m.Take any action that may impose a disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
n.Facilitate any viruses, Trojans, worms or other computer malware programs that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any
system, data or information;
o.Use an anonymizing proxy;
p.Use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our websites without our prior written permission;
q.Cause us to lose any of the services suppliers;
r.Abuse any of our dispute resolutions, or our user rights.
3.2.3 Liabilities and consequences of improper use of Account You shall bear all losses of Epay, Epay users or third parties caused by your improper use of Epay services in violation
of this Agreement. You understand and agree to indemnify Epay, Epay users or third parties for any such losses.
We can take the following actions against the user's prohibited behavior: If we consider that you may participate in any restricted activities at our sole discretion,
we can take various measures to avoid Epay and its affiliates, other users, other third parties, or youself to bear any other losses. The actions we can take include but are not limited to the following:
a. We can terminate, suspend or restrict your access to your account;
b. We can refuse to provide Epay services to you immediately or in the future;
c. If we believe that you may be engaged in potentially fraudulent or suspicious activities and / or transactions, we may freeze your funds or account for a reasonable
period of time. No liability is assumed for any restrictions deemed necessary by Epay above.
3.3 Closing your Account
Epay will not close any account by itself unless there are exemptions mentioned in this Agreement. You have the right to notify Epay that you want to close your Account
at any time. After completing the verification of the applicant's identity and checking the compliance of the registered user's characteristics, the settlement of the system account and the removal of all personal data
provided during user registration can be implemented. It is impossible to be invoked once the account is closed. And the email address is not able to be used to register Epay account again. Please consider your decision
carefully before applying to close your account. All the transaction data will be cleared on the website when the account is closed, but you are still responsible for your historical transactions and we will reserve for
5 years or more due to compliance requirements. You must withdraw all the money in your account before closing it, or you have to declare waiving your account balance explicitly.
4. Services of Epay
4.1 Epay Transfers
4.1.1 Internal Transfer You can directly log in to your Epay Account and use the account balance to transfer funds to a third party's Epay account. The funds will be
transferred to the party's account immediately after you submit the transfer instruction, and the corresponding transfer amount will be deducted from your Epay account balance.
4.1.2 Deposit Deposit means transferring external funds to your Epay account. At present, Epay's deposit channels include but are not limited to E-money platform (including
Perfect Money, Fasapay, Payeer and AdvCash) and Bank Wire transfer. For different channels, you may be required to pay different channel service fees and Epay handling fees. When using bank wire transfer to deposit, you
need fill in the bank account information of your money transfer and go to the physical bank or use the online bank for a transfer operation when you place the order. Please ensure that the bank account information you
filled in is consistent with the bank account actually transferred from, otherwise Epay may reject your deposit request. If you do not want to deposit after you create the deposit order, you can cancel your order or just
wait until the order is invalid. If you regret after the actual transfer, you can only withdraw the money after the deposit order is completed which may cause some extra handling fees. For details, see https://www.epay.com/en/fees.html
Epay does not support any third-party account deposit. If a third-party transfer occurs, we will return back the funds. If a third party initiates an investigation for your own reasons, Epay has the right to ask you for
relevant certificates and documents, and you will be responsible for the consequences and bear responsibilities.
4.1.3 Withdrawal Withdrawal is to transfer funds from your Epay Account to other bank accounts through Bank Wire transfer or other platform accounts (including Perfect
Money, Fasapay, Payeer and AdvCash). When you submit a withdrawal order, the cash withdrawal amount and related fees will be deducted from your Epay account balance. Please be sure to carefully check the account information
used for cash withdrawal. If the processing fails due to incorrect account information you filled in, the cash withdrawal amount before Epay transferring will be refunded to your account balance; but if Epay has already
transfered, in this situation, it may affect the receipt of your funds, or even be returned, so you may have to bear the relevant service fees (including channel service fees and Epay handling fees). If you need to change
the bank information, Epay will charge $ 40 for each order Fees (excluding third-party channel fees such as banks). If you incorrectly send funds to others due to incorrect account information you fill in, you will be responsible

4.2Payments and Receipts
You could use Epay Payment to purchase goods or services, or receive money from your customers. By selecting Epay as the payment method on the merchants' website, you could conduct the
payment with your Epay Account. The transaction will be finished and irreversible when the money is received by the payee.
4.3 Currencies Exchange
Exchange, is to convert one currency into another through Epay based on certain exchange rate. Epay exchange rate is based on the exchange rate published by the market in real time. Please
focus on the change situation of the exchange rate. Once you submit the request for currency exchange, it means that you have agreed with the exchange rate we offer.
4.4 Global Remittance
Epay users can use Epay global remittance services to remit your Epay account balance or bank account balance to third parties or your bank account in multiple currencies including USD,
EUR, HKD, JPY, GBP, SGD, PHP, NGN, AUD etc. When you create a global remittance order, the corresponding currency amount will be deducted from your Epay account. You may need complete the remittance at the bank. When the
remittance provider receives your payment amount, it will transfer funds to the corresponding payee according to your payment amount and currency included in your created request. The global remittance order is finished
when the payee successfully collects the payment.
5. The Limitations for Transactions
In order to protect the safety of users' accounts and control the risk probably existing in law and credit, Epay might monitor your behaviors of transaction, and set up limitation for transaction amount, transactions times and frequency. You acknowledge
and agree the supervision and limitation set up by Epay. If the below situation happens like:(a) Betray this agreement or other agreements between you and Epay or (b) Account and funds theft, frauds, hacker attack and other
events we considered possibly harmful to Epay and the safety of users, we may unilaterally stop, suspend or limit your access to Epay account or Epay service and/or limit your use of funds. You acknowledge, Epay can set
up any necessary limitation for your account without any notice. Under such a situation, Epay would not assume any responsibility for this limitation.
6. The Adjustment of Account balance
In general, any adjustments we make to your Epay account required your consent or made under your instructions. However, the following situations are exemptions: i. If you are in default on the funds of Epay, Epay has the right to deduct the money from
your account for any fund you defaulted. ii. If the balance of your account is not enough for your processing transaction, Epay has the right to deduct the money you deposit or receive later for compensating the debt. iii.
If you have more than one type of currency in your account, and one of the currencies become negative due to some reasons, Epay has the right to use another type of currency in your account to compensate the debt. iv. If
your account has other linked accounts, Epay has the right to use any balances held in other linked accounts to offset the outstanding balance in your account. v. We will correct any errors we find. If the error causes
you to receive money less than the correct amount, Epay will make up the difference for your account. If the error causes you to receive money more than you deserve, Epay will deduct excess funds from your account.
8. Recommending Awards
By recommending Epay services to your friends, you can get a referral reward from us. Each Epay account has a referral ID. If your friend fills in your referral ID when registering for an Epay member account, your recommendation is completed. You can
get a certain percentage of the reward from the handling fee charged on him and his directly recommended Epay users. The bonus will be deposited into your account directly. To make it easier for your friends to sign up,
you can also send them a referral link from your account.
9. User Information and Security
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 “Epay.com” “Epay” and all logos related to the Epay services are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Epay or Epay’s licensors. You are not allowed to copy, imitate, modify or use them without Epay’s prior written
10.2 All page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of Epay. You are not allowed to copy, imitate, modify or use them without
prior written consent.
10.3 You may use HTML logos provided by Epay for the purpose of directing web traffic to the Epay services. You are not allowed to alter, modify or change these HTML logos in any way, and
use them in a manner that is disparaging to Epay or Epay services or display them in any manner that implies Epay’s sponsorship or endorsement.
10.4 If you are using Epay software such an API or other software application that you have downloaded, Epay grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, non-transferable, royalty-free
limited license to use Epay’s software in With the documentation of the software and all updates, upgrades, new versions and replacement software. You are not allow to rent, lease or otherwise transfer you rights in the
software to the third party.
10.5 You must comply with the implementation and user requirements contained in all Epay documentation about Epay services. If you do not comply with Epay’s implementation and user requirements,
you will be liable for all damages posed on you, Epay and third parties. You agree that not to alter, copy, revise, distribute, display, publish, reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, decompile or otherwise attempt
to create any source code that is derived from these software. You acknowledge that all rights, titles and interests to Epay software are owned by Epay. Any third party software application you use on the Epay websites
is subject to the license you agreed to with the third party that provides you with this software. Does not own, control nor have any responsibility or liability for any third party software application you elect to use
on the Epay websites andor in connection with the Epay services.
11. Dispute Solutions
11.1 If a dispute arises between you and Epay, We will learn about and address your concerns. If our solution is not satisfactory for you, we would provide you with a neutral and cost effective means to resolve the dispute quickly.
Disputes between you and Epay regarding the Epay services may be reported to customer service online through the Epay website (Https://www.epay.com/en/contact.htm) at any time, or by calling (86)755-22248886-805 from Mon-Fri
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Hong Kong time.
11.2 You agree that any and all disputes or claims that all arise between you and Epay, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. This agreement
to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted. You and Epay agree that each of us may bring claims against the other to Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, and any arbitration of Arbitration institution could
be executed by any court having corresponding judicial jurisdiction.
11.3 If you have disputes with other Epay customers, please resolve it by yourself. We will assist you in resolving disputes. Epay will not participate or be biased towards one party. Epay
only provides payment channels and will not be responsible for your behavior or loss.
12. Bankruptcy Procedure
If any proceeding by or against you is commenced under any provision of bankruptcy or insolvency law, we’ll be entitled to recover all reasonable costs or expenses (Including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) incurred in connection with the enforcement
of this user agreement
13. Liabilities Exemptions
13.1 Epay only provides you with payment and related services. In any case, Epay is an independent service provider, not your agent or branch/affiliate. You understand and agree that under no circumstances will Epay be liable
for the followings:
13.1.1 Income loss;
13.1.2 Trading profit or contract loss;
13.1.3 Business interruption
13.1.4 Loss of currency expected to be saved;
13.1.5 Information loss;
13.1.6 Loss of opportunity, goodwill or reputation;
13.1.7 Damage or loss of data;
13.1.8 The cost of purchasing an alternative product or service;
13.1.9 Any indirect, special or incidental loss or damage arised from infringement (including negligence), breach of contract or any other reasons, no matter whether
such loss or damage can be reasonably foreseen or we have been informed in advance that there is a possibility of such loss or damage.
13.2 If you have a dispute with one or more users, you agree that Epay and its affiliates (and their officers, directors, customer service representatives, joint ventures, employees and suppliers)
are exempt from such disputes in any form or any and all (actual and indirect) compensation claims, claims and damages associated with it, regardless of its type and nature.
13.3 Epay has an independent and advanced program processing system, but you must know that any system must have a response time to send and receive request, during which time Epay is exempt
13.4 Due to information network equipment maintenance, information network connection failure, computer, communication or other system failure, power failure, weather, accident, strike, labor
dispute, riot, uprising, riot, productivity or lack of production materials, fire , floods, storms, explosions, wars, bank or other partner reasons, digital asset market collapse, government actions, judicial or administrative
orders, other actions that are not within Epay's controllable scope, or third parties that Epay does not assume any responsibility for the inability to service or delay the service but cause your loss.
13.5 Epay cannot guarantee that all information, programs and texts etc. contained in this website are completely safe and free from any malicious programs such as viruses and Trojans, so you
may log in, using any service on this website or download and use any program downloaded from this website, information and data etc., are your personal decisions and bear the risks and possible losses.
13.6 Epay does not make any guarantees or promises to any information, products and services of any third-party websites linked to this website and any other forms of content that are not subject
to Epay. If you use any services or information provided by third-party websites, the products are all determined by you and assume all responsibility arising therefrom.
13.7 You understand and agree that we are not liable for any damages and we are not compensating your loss resulting from any of the followings:
13.7.1 We have reasonable proofs to believe that there may be material breaches or defaults in your specific transaction.
13.7.2 We have reasonable proofs to believe that your actions on this website are suspected of being illegal or improper.
13.7.3 Fees and losses arising from the purchase or acquisition of any data, information, transactions, or alternative actions through the services of this website.
13.7.4 Your misunderstanding of the services of this website.
13.7.5 Any other loss related to the services provided on this website that are not caused by Epay.
13.7.6 Any third party or offline payments outside Epay platform
13.8 Epay does not waive any rights not covered in this Agreement to limit, waive or offset Epay's fullest liability of law for damages.
13.9 Upon your registration, you acknowledge that Epay will perform any operations in accordance with the rules set forth in this Agreement and that any risks arising therefrom shall be borne
14.1 Epay has authority to cancel your account according to this agreement, the agreement will end on the day your account get canceled.
14.2 Epay has authority to end the service of the website according to this agreement, the agreement will end on the day all of the service of our website canceled.
14.3 After the agreement ends, you have no right to ask our website to continue to offer any service or other obligation, including but not limited to any information our website kept for you
or exposed to you originally, and the message unsent or unread we delivered to you or the third party.
14.4 The end of the agreement doesn’t affect the responsibilities that non-breaching party asks the delinquent party to take.

· Financial information: such as the full bank account number and/or credit card number that was associated with your Epay account or provided to us when using Epay service;

· Additional personal information or documents required at our discretion by Epay compliance team;

Epay is against all types of money laundering and does not take part in any activity evolving with these trades. Epay,its
staff and representatives view money laundering as a very serious attack against moral and ethics values and are thus willing to collaborate against these activities by verifying the identity of account holders and exchangers
to investigate suspicious activities,which will be reported to the legal authorities in charge upon confirmation of such activities.
All transactions and identification records are kept in our system for a minimum
of ten years and our staff is constantly trained to look for suspicious activities in relation to any Epay account and also how to proceed under such circumstances.
Epay reinforces its policy against money laundering
and is willing to help the local and international legal authorities in fighting criminal activity. Epay will not deal with anyone directly or indirectly involved in any type of criminal activity,including money laundering.
Epay may terminate an account or service provided without prior notice if an account holder does not follow terms and guidelines and reserves the right to refuse transactions at anytime,if Epay staff suspects of fraudulent
funds,including but not limited to money laundering or law violations.

1. Purpose and basis of the formulation

and Counter-Terrorist Financing laws. We are committed to advancing legitimate and transparent business activities and maintaining a good reputation among users, regulators and the payment industry.
2. Scope of application
This user guide applies to all users who trade on the Epay platform. Users should follow the legal provisions of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing in their own country or region, and implement the provisions of this user guide within
the scope of the law of the user's region. If the country or region where the user is located has stricter legal requirements, then users should comply with its regulations.
3. Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing

5. Basic principles of Anti-Money Laundering on Epay platform
Epay platform conducts customer risk monitoring in accordance with the following principles:
Principle of comprehensiveness. Epay platform will take into account all kinds of risk factors that customers may be suspected of money laundering, and take reasonable measures to monitor
Risk-based principle. Epay platform will develop appropriate systems and controls based on the specific money laundering and terrorist financing risks Epay faced;
Risk rating principle. Epay platform uses a risk scoring model to classify customers and create an overall risk profile. Epay platform also periodically reviews the basic information of the
customers according to the customer's risk levels;
Principle of prudence. Epay platform will improve the ability to identify users based on the full understanding of users, and carefully monitor users’ risks;
Principle of sustainability. Based on the risk assessment and information provided by the customer, Epay platform uses the transaction monitoring system to continuously monitor the customer's
activities. Risks are dynamic and require ongoing management.
Principle of confidentiality. Epay platform strictly maintains confidentiality of customer identity information, transaction information, risk level information and suspicious activity reports,
and will not disclose specific facts, data and information to the public or unauthorized parties. Those information will not be provided to any unit or individual without legal requirements and regulatory requirements.
6. Responsible agency
Epay platform conducts Anti-Money Laundering work through the Anti-Money Laundering team composed of personnel from the risk control department and the compliance department.
7. Institutional functions
The Anti-Money Laundering Team is responsible for coordinating and guiding the platform's Anti-Money Laundering work. Specific job responsibilities include:
Review and approve the Anti-Money Laundering policy, work plan and work report of Epay platform;
Promulgate, update and implement the Anti-Money Laundering guidelines and rules of Epay platform;
Design and complete procedures for internal testing and transactions monitoring;
Study major and difficult issues in Anti-Money Laundering area and propose solutions;
Analyze and identify the identity, background and business operations of users who are found to be related with suspicious transactions;
Access and adjust the user's risk level;
Conduct due diligence and ongoing supervision of users;
Regularly review and check historical transactions;
Report suspicious transactions to the competent authority.
8. Due diligence
Epay platform implements risk-based customer due diligence policies, procedures and processes. In most cases, normal basic customer due diligence is sufficient. In a few cases, Epay platform will take enhanced due diligence and the scope of the investigation
may be broader. Epay platform performs additional due diligence on medium or high risk customers identified in the customer due diligence process or on customers who require specific products or services from Epay platform.
9. Submission of individual user files
Epay users should submit the following information and materials in accordance with the relevant Anti-Money Laundering provisions of Epay:
Original identification documents such as ID card, passport, driver's license, etc.
Date of birth
Other information or documents that should be provided to Epay platform
10. Submission of company user files
Epay users should submit the following information and materials in accordance with the relevant Anti-Money Laundering provisions of Epay:
Company registration address
Company registration country or region
Company registration date
Original company registration certificate
Original document of company's certificate of good standing/incumbency
Company shareholding structure and ownership description materials
The actual beneficiary/beneficial owner name of the company
The original identity document of the actual beneficiary/beneficial owner of the company, such as ID card, passport, driver's license, etc.
Date of birth of the actual beneficiary/beneficial owner of the company
The actual beneficiary/beneficial owner nationality
The actual beneficiary/beneficial owner’s domicile
Proof of directorship/ownership of the actual beneficiary/beneficial owner
Other information or documents that should be provided to Epay platform
11. Language of submitted file
Epay platform only accepts documents in Chinese or English. If users submit non-Chinese or English documents, they should ask qualified translators to translate the relevant documents.
12. Review of user files
Epay platform will verify and record the relevant information submitted by the user according to the relevant Anti-Money Laundering provisions of the platform through the user identification system. If Epay platform doubts about the information submitted
by the user, it has the right to check with relevant competent authority or department.
13. Monitoring of low-risk users
Epay platform will define low-risk users according to the specific requirements of Epay Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and reserves the right to adjust the users’ risk.
14. Monitoring of high-risk users
For those high-risk users, Epay platform will conduct an audit check every six months, update the basic information of the users’ identity and understand users’ source of funds, funds usage, economic status or business status. After regular audits and
comprehensive evaluation of high-risk user, if the user and its account transactions are deemed normal, the user risk level can be adjusted.
15. Risk level adjustment
After establishing a business relationship, Epay platform will still continue monitoring user's identity and transactions. When there is any change, abnormality or doubt about the previously obtained information, Epay platform will re-identify the user's
identity and adjust the user's risk level in a timely manner. The platform adjusts the user's risk to the discretion of the platform, without giving the user a reason.
16. User data retention system
Epay platform establishes user identity data and transaction record retention system, and properly keeps records of user identification data, transaction records and other documents and data, which is convenient for Anti-Money Laundering investigation
and supervision and management.
17. Storage scope and shelf life of user data and transaction record
The user identity data and transaction data stored by Epay platform include user identity information and data loading, and various recorded data information reflecting the platform's user identification work and other information
reflecting the real situation of the transaction.
User identity data, at least six years from the end of the business relationship;
Transaction records, at least six years from the year of transaction accounting;
If the user identity data and transaction records involve suspicious transaction activities that are being investigated by Anti-Money Laundering staff, and the Anti-Money Laundering investigation
work has not ended before the expiration of the minimum retention period specified in the preceding paragraph, the platform will save the records.
18. Transaction limit
Epay platform has the right to set and adjust the user's single transaction, daily transaction and monthly transaction minimum and maximum limit at any time according to the transaction security and actual situation.
19. Identification of terrorist financing transactions
Epay platform will take appropriate action if it suspects that the user's transaction or attempted transaction is related to terrorism, terrorist activities, terrorist organizations, terrorists, and terrorist financing activities, regardless of the amount
of funds involved or the value of the property.
20. Judicial investigation assistance
If a judicial organ, law enforcement agency or other competent administrative authority in a certain country or region submits an investigation request to Epay platform, the platform has the right to cooperate with investigation and provide corresponding
information and materials according to its requirements.
21. Anti-Money Laundering confidentiality provisions
Those who are responsible for Anti-Money Laundering duties or who are informed of Anti-Money Laundering information for work reasons should strictly abide by the confidentiality regulations and keep information such as user identity information, suspicious
transactions, terrorist financing transactions and other information confidential. Information should not be provided to unrelated staff of any organization or individual or platform without lawful regulations.
22. User's attention
Epay users should pay attention to the following matters:
It is forbidden to lend the user’s account to others;
It is forbidden to rent or lend the user's ID card;
It is forbidden to rent, lend or disclose important personal property information such as the user's account and password;
Users should actively cooperate with Epay platform for customer identification;
Select and use secure third-party financial institutions for payment activities when trading on Epay platform.
23. Report of suspicious behavior
If Epay platform users find any account engaging in money laundering or terrorist financing activities during the platform transaction, the users can report to Epay platform.

Epay Secured Transaction Service Agreement
The secured transaction is a function developed by Epay to solve the trust problem occurred in the transaction between the two unfamiliar parties, as the intermediate guarantee party, Epay does not charge the commission fee but guarantee the security
of the transaction according to the fair and equitable statements with factual evidence so that the huge valued fund transaction no longer lacks security.
Article 1 General
(1) "Epay Secured Transaction Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a valid contract established for the use of secured transactions (hereinafter referred to as "secured transactions" ") and related matters between Epay Global
Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Epay") and Epay User (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You"). By accepting payment for the transaction service for the first time, you are accepting this Agreement. Please read
the entire contents of this agreement carefully before accepting this agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, or if you cannot accurately understand Epay's interpretation of the Terms, please
do not follow up.
(2) The “secured transactions” service is only applicable to the online transactions of all Epay users.
Article 2 Definition
Secured transactions process: The payer firstly initiates the payment order - the funds are temporarily held by Epay - after the completion of the transaction between the two parties, the payer double confirms – then the funds are transferred to the payee’s
account; Rights protection: During Epay's fund custody, if both parties have objections, they can enter the appeal process and Epay will conduct the review and arbitration as.
Article 3 Rights and Obligations of Users
(1) You have been acknowledged that the use of the Service means your true will, and you are solely responsible for the authenticity and validity of the instructions issued during the use of the Service, please know the order cannot be changed or revoked,
but you undertake that all risks of Epay's operation in accordance with your instructions will be borne by you.
(2) You agree to undertake that you will not to use the Service to engage in any illegals, infringe the purpose of this Agreement or to infringe the rights of other third parties, otherwise Epay has the right to immediately
terminate the provision of the Service without any liability; if the behavior causes losses to Epay, you shall be fully liable.
(3) You authorize Epay to retain the relevant information data formed during your use of the Service or Epay's termination of the Service, and the authorization is irrevocable.
(4) You agree that the descriptions and rules of the Epay website regarding secured transactions are integral parts of this Agreement.
(5) When you use this service provided by Epay, you must also abide by the Epay User Agreement and related subsidiary rules published by Epay website from time to time, otherwise the responsibility will be borne by
(6) You clearly know that if you pay the payer through the “secured transaction” method, the payment will arrive at the Epay account immediately. The funds will be temporarily frozen by Epay official and will be remitted
to the payee’s account after the second confirmation.
(7) You understand and agree that when you have a transaction dispute with the payer, you can file an application for rights protection with Epay only for the following conditions:
1. You must be a real name verified Epay user.
2. Within rights protection period, that is, within 15 days after your payment;
3. Payer and payee cannot agree on a transaction dispute.
(8) You understand and agree that Epay will handle your dispute with the payer in accordance with the rules of this agreement after receiving your application for rights protection, but it does not guarantee that
Epay's processing results will meet your expectations.
(9) After you have successfully defended your rights, Epay will deduct the corresponding amount from the payer's Epay account and return it to your Epay account for payment.
(10) If you have any questions, suggestions or comments about Epay secured trading services, you can call Epay customer service or log in to Epay website for consultation and complaint.
Article 4 Epay's rights and obligations
(1) Epay is obligated to keep confidentiality of your registration information, but Epay has the right to provide relevant information to Epay's supervisory authority when necessary.
(2) Epay is technically obliged to ensure the safe, effective and normal operation of the secured trading system to ensure the smooth use.
(3) Epay may use your data and transaction records within the scope of the laws, regulations and your authorization, and you hereby confirm that Epay has the right to use all the information generated during the use
of the Service.
(4) Epay does not actively intervene in the dispute between you and the payer before you file an application for rights protection to Epay.
(5) Epay has the right to refuse the following applications:
1 Your application has exceeded for the protection period;
2 You have been involved in the accepted application for judicial authority;
3 Other transactions that are difficult to make specific responsibility divisions based on the complex circumstances of the transaction dispute.
(6) Epay has the right to process your application for rights protection to Epay in accordance with this Agreement and its subsidiary rules, as well as the Epay User Agreement, and has the right to decide whether
to return the funds to you or to unfreeze the funds in the Epay account and transfer it the payer’s account.
(7) Except for additional rules provided in this Agreement, Epay may terminate the provision of the Service to you unilaterally with advanced message to you or post on the website, and shall not be liable for any
compensation. After Epay terminates the provision of this service, if it is found that you have previously violated the law or violated the purpose of this agreement, and caused losses to Epay, Epay can still request you
to bear the corresponding liability and reserve the right to resolve through judicial channels.
(8) Epay is responsible for providing you with advisory services for secured transactions, and publishes features, usage rules, etc. on the Epay website.
Article 5 Amendment of the agreement
(1) Epay will have the right to modify the relevant terms of this Agreement at any time. Once the relevant content changes, Epay will prompt you to modify the content by email or website announcement.
(2) If you disagree with Epay's changes to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and its subsidiary rules, you should immediately stop using the service provided by Epay. If you continue to use the services provided
by Epay, you are deemed to have accepted and acknowledged the changes to the terms of this Agreement and its accompanying rules.
Article 6 Settlement of disputes
In the process of fulfilling this agreement, if both parties have disputes, they shall be resolved through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may arbitrate to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
Article 7 Interpretation of the Agreement
The final interpretation of this agreement is enjoyed by Epay; if the law does not expressly stipulate, the business rules and common business practices established by Epay shall apply. This Service Agreement does not stipulate that it is performed in
accordance with the Epay User Agreement and related subsidiary rules; if this Agreement conflicts with the Epay User Agreement and related subsidiary rules, this Agreement shall prevail.
Article 8 Complete Agreement
This Agreement consists of the terms of this Agreement and other rules published on this website. Relevant nouns may be referenced by each other. If there is any different understandings, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail. By understanding and
agreeing to this Agreement, you understand and agree to the contents of all the components of this Agreement. Once you use the Service, you and the Company are bound by all the components of this Agreement. Matters not
agreed in this Agreement are supplemented by the Epay User Agreement and related subsidiary rules published by the Epay website from time to time.
