Step 1: Obtain an Epay business account and complete the business verification.

Step 2: Click on the "Developer Center" option in the left column of the homepage - then select "Developer ". After reading the "Epay Open Platform Service Agreement", check the box labeled "I Agree", and click on "Apply Now".

Step 3: Click on "Download Application Form", fill in the basic information of the enterprise, enter the company's website, click on the "+" to upload the application form file, and finally click on "Submit for Review".
