Note:1.If your login email is not available and you are unable to log in to Epay to change email address, please contact customer service or send an email to service@epay.com . We will provide you with a solution.

2.You can only change your email address once a month

Log in Epay account,hover over to the upper right corner of the homepage and click [Account Setting].

Please follow the steps below to change the login email address

1.Click Edit Email

2.If the current email status is normal ，can receive the verification code email, please select E-mail is still in use

3.Click Send Code,check the code in your mailbox and enter it,then click Submit

Before sending the verification code email, you need to complete the puzzle verification

4.Enter the payment password and GA code，click Submit

If your Epay account is not bound to the Google Authenticator app, then you only need to fill in the payment password

5.Enter the new email,click Send,enter the email code and click Submit

If you:

Forget the payment password,or you try but receive a error message,please click Forgot Pay Password? reset it

Lost the GA app,or enter the GA code but receive a error message,please click Google Validator Lost?apply to unbind Google Authenticator

If the current email status is abnormal ，cannot receive the verification code email, please click E-mail is not in use

1.Please click Download Template to download the Declaration, print and fill in

Content include：

Explain the reason for changing Email;
Clarify the name ( for verified account, please fill in verified name), original Email, new Email;
Sign
Stamp（ Stamp is only applied for business account）

2.Please take a photo with your ID document and let your face with the ID document in the same image

3.Take a photo of yourself holding the Declaration,then upload it

4.Enter the new email,click Send and enter the email code,finally click Submit

After the application is submitted, the review will be completed within 1 working days, please pay attention to the email and SMS notifications
