No. A user can only have one account.

Your personal or business name can only correspond to one account, and the same personal or business information cannot be repeatedly verified through Epay account authentication.

Please note that you will not be able to authenticate your identity until duplicate data is deleted, so please make sure to cancel/delete any excess accounts!

If there is still a balance in your unverified account, you can transfer funds to your old account through mutual transfer

How to cancel/delete unverified accounts

If you only want to change your login email, there is no need to register a separate account. Simply bind the login email of the original account.

If you encounter any problems during the operation, you can click on "We Are Here" in the bottom right corner of the page to contact online customer service, or send an email to service@epay.com The epayservice@epay.com We will help you solve it!
