Step 1: Log in to your linked Google account, click on 【Account Settings】 in the bottom left corner of the homepage, then click on 【Security Center】, find Google Authenticator, and select 【Unlink】.

Step 2: Click on 【Get Verification Code】, and enter the six-digit verification code received from your email.

Step 3: Submit your real, valid, and clear account information as required.

Note:

1. Only the following identification documents are accepted: ID card, passport, and driver's license with nationality.

2. The document must be valid for more than 3 months.

3. Screenshots, photoshopped images, and temporary identification documents are not accepted.

Step 4: Click on 【Confirm】 to submit successfully. The review will be completed within 1-2 business days, and the review result will be notified to you via email.

Note: During the Google unlinking review period, you cannot perform transactions or log in.
