Note:

If an intermediate owner is an entity or legal arrangement positioned between this entity and the ultimate beneficial owner in the ownership structure, the intermediate owner's full name, country of registration, and shareholding percentage must be disclosed. A shareholding structure diagram signed and dated by a director must be provided.

The ownership structure diagram must display the full names and shareholding percentages of beneficiaries holding 25% or more.
