When you check that your certification has been rejected, you can self-check and update your certification documents following the information below.
LEVEL 1
| Type of identity unqualified | |
| ● Please provide your national ID card, driving license or passport for identification document.Resident card、Voter ID card、student ID card、NINS, birth certificate cannot be used as identity documents. | |
| Identity document not in English | |
| ● Please provide another ID document that can show your full name, gender & DOB in English or official certified translator document and attach original ID document.You need to find a translation agency or use a more authoritative translation software to make a formal translation of your address proof document, and upload it together with the original document. | |

| ● Please make sure that both front and back photos of your ID document are uploaded. Passport:If it is a passport, just upload the personal information page of the passport for both front and back photos.● The ID document should be legible.Please make sure the ID document have full pages. On the submitted ID picture, personal information should be clearly readable and four edges of the ID document should be fully visible as sample.● Please upload the original photo of your ID document.We do not accept screenshots, copies, scanned copies.● If you want to put a watermark on the photo, it must not obscure the personal information on the document.● Your ID document is not at valid day.The valid period of the ID document must be greater than 3 months.● Identity document does not match with nationality.The nationality you choose in website is wrong.Please correct your nationality and provide passport for idntification.● False documents are not accepted● Documents from sanctioned countries are not accepted | |

| ● The name on address proof does not match with your ID document.● The address proof does not see address or your name.-If your address is linked with company’s dormitory, please provide a residence certificateissued by the company and write an sentence in a blank space: "I confirm that I live at the above address, xxx (name)"-If utility bills are under the parents/relatives name, additional proof of relationship with parents/relativesshall be provided on the premise of providing the above-mentioned eligible documents | |

| ● Please provide the legible photo of you holding the ID document and show your face up without fuzzy.-Make sure your face and identity document are in the same photo.-Make sure your face is not covered by your identity document.-Make sure this photo is clear. The ID document you are holding in the photo must be the same as the ID document submitted for Level 1 certification. | |
