I. How to make a remittance

Login Epay ：

• Click【Pay-Out】on the homepage/Left side list【Pay-Out】→ Single Pay-Out
• Enter Payment amount and Select "Payment Currency"
• Select "Receive Currency"、“Country or Region” and users type
• Click Next to add the payee and payee, confirm the order information, and initiate the order.

Note:

Please fill in your name and address information in Chinese Pinyin or English, and do not include symbols.

Epay currently supports thease E-wallets:

Gcash [Withdraw PHP]

bKash[withdraw BDT]

Advcash [Withdraw USD]

Alipay[Withdraw CNY]

II. How to Receive Payments

For first-time users of YiPay to transfer funds to Alipay, you need to set up a bank card to receive payments in Alipay. After the first successful receipt of funds, subsequent payments will automatically go to this bank account without further action.

After the remitter completes the transfer through YiPay, the recipient will immediately receive an SMS notification. Receiving funds is a simple four-step process.

After submitting your selected bank card, Alipay will display "[Processing Payment]". Typically, the RMB will arrive in your bank account within seconds, making cross-border remittances back home more efficient than ever!

Compliance Requirements:

Alipay will randomly check orders for compliance. Upon receiving notification, the recipient can provide the necessary information and documents directly to Alipay within 24 hours.
