Step 1: Log in to your account. On the left side of the homepage, Click 【Transaction】 - 【Transaction Record]】. Then, click on the electronic wallet recharge order that you wish to cancel or revoke.

Step 2: Click【Revoke】button at the bottom right of the page, and you can cancel or reverse the electronic wallet recharge order.
